Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development process and ensuring that the product aligns with customer needs and business goals.

They will facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, as well as help the team to remove impediments and obstacles that hinder progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Agile Methodologies: The candidate should have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and excellent communication skills.
  • Team Support: They should be able to act as a servant leader to the development team, encourage collaboration and communication within the team, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Process Management: The candidate should ensure that the Scrum process is followed, track and manage project progress using Agile tools and techniques, measure and report on the effectiveness of the Scrum process.
  • Stakeholder Management: They should communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring they are aware of the team's progress and any issues, manage stakeholder expectations, and facilitate discussions between stakeholders and the development team.
