Job Summary

An experienced Business Transformation Lead is sought to drive digital transformation and lead the organization towards strategic alignment.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in process re-engineering, process mining, and have hands-on experience with process tools, frameworks, and techniques.

The selected individual will be responsible for developing and communicating a comprehensive business architecture strategy aligned with business objectives, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure IT strategy alignment, driving and governing digital transformation, and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness.

In addition to technical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for success in this role. Experience with data analysis tools and EA frameworks such as TOGAF is highly desirable.

Able to work across domains, including GenAI, Cloud Computing, Data & Analytics, DevSecOps, Business Application portfolio rationalization, Application Modernization, Containerization, APIs, and regulatory compliance.
