About the Role

We are seeking a Business Transformation Specialist to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business processes, data analysis, stakeholder management, and software development life cycles (SDLC/Agile). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work with stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to identify business challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, testers, and UX/UI teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
  • Support the creation of BRDs, FRDs, process flows, mockups, wireframes, and solution documentation.
  • Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies.
  • Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking.
  • Work on data analysis, dashboards, and reports using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
  • Ensure alignment of solutions with business goals and compliance with internal standards and regulations.

Requirements :

  • 4 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software/consulting domains.
  • Strong knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques (interviews, surveys, workshops, JAD sessions).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing documentation and stakeholder presentations.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as : JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic SQL Visio, Lucidchart, or any diagramming tool Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Ability to analyze and interpret data and KPIs for business insights.

  • BFSI (Banking/Finance)
  • Healthcare
  • Retail/eCommerce
  • ERP/CRM Systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365)
  • Telecom or Supply Chain

Certifications :

  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
  • PMI-PBA, CCBA, or Agile BA certifications
  • Scrum Master (CSM) or Product Owner (CSPO) is a plus
