We're currently seeking a Helpdesk Senior Associate - ITIL to join our team in India. As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L1.5 technical guidance in activities associated with identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems through various communication channels.
- Act as a liaison between customers and departments within the Client Infrastructure, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Utilize strong troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues related to MS Windows, PC Hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office, and COTS applications.
Requirements for this role include:
- Must be a Graduate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in French language (Writing + Speaking)
- Must be at least B1 level certified in French language.
- Strong comprehension and writing skills.
