Job Description
Job Title: Helpdesk Senior Associate
NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Senior Associate to join our team in India. As a key member of our IT service desk, you will provide exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring maximum uptime and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions and record reported issues in our IT service management system.
- Identify and resolve technical issues using internal procedures and guidelines.
- Provide expert technical guidance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- Advanced technical skills, including Windows, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
