Role Summary

As a strategic leader, you will drive the recruitment strategy and lead a team to scale hiring operations for a fast-growing organization in the fintech sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor recruiters and talent acquisition specialists for high performance.
  • Establish workforce planning to meet short-term and long-term hiring needs.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
  • Build and promote a strong employer brand to attract top fintech talent.
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experience across all hiring stages.
  • Partner with marketing and leadership to run recruitment campaigns and digital branding initiatives.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers on workforce needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on talent trends and best practices.
  • Drive partnerships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and networks.
Operational Excellence & Compliance:
  • Establish recruitment metrics for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies.
  • Implement advanced ATS systems and technology to streamline hiring.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR/Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience scaling hiring operations in fast-growth organizations, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, ATS, and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive employer branding and build strong talent pipelines for niche roles
