Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic business partner to drive financial growth by collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing expert analysis and planning support.

The role includes assisting in budget preparation, developing resource estimations, and analyzing trends for areas of improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis
    • Timely and accurate reporting of sales performance, analyzing pricing and product trends.
    • Finalize periodic MIS, ensure accuracy of numbers.
    • Analyze financial performance of the business against latest estimates plan.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
    • Preparation of annual budgets in line with corporate guidance by working alongside other CFTs.
    • Analyze budget through the lens of price erosion, share gains, new product performance, and external market factors, to carve out meaningful insights and gauge opportunities and risks.
  • Business Support
    • Ad-hoc projects. Provide support to top management for specific requirements or one-time projects in any of the business areas spanning peer analysis, market shares, etc.
    • Coordinate and support business requirements as and when required.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like sales, marketing, supply chain, portfolio, and corporate on strategic plan exercise to prepare a financial summary.
  • Digitalization and Reporting
    • Collaborate with digital, corporate, and other teams to ensure dashboards stay updated for monthly and quarterly reviews with CXOs and business teams.
    • Facilitate incorporation of add-on requirements that come from stakeholders as required.

Qualifications:

  • CA/ACA minimum work experience 3 to 5 years in financial planning and analysis in a medium to large-sized organization or audit experience in a Big 4 audit consultation firm.
  • Expertise in handling large data and decent expertise on MS Office, Excel particularly. Excellent skills in administration and using accounting software SAP.
  • In-depth financial knowledge including understanding accounting principles and procedures and experience with creating financial statements, budgeting, and MIS.
  • Management Information system. Experience in dashboards Power Bi, Tableau is an added advantage.
