Job Title: Senior Business Developer
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and business opportunities with corporate clients to drive growth and revenue for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate and develop corporate relationships to identify new business opportunities and create value credit investments and syndications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, assess market trends, and develop tailored solutions to meet clients' needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure end-to-end transaction closure and maximize business results.
- Stay up-to-date with market dynamics and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Apply knowledge of corporate lending and financial principles to assess companies and make informed decisions.
Requirements:
- 11+ years of experience in a coverage role in Emerging Corporate/Mid Markets division of a bank/NBFC.
- Strong understanding of various lending products and ability to structure transactions to clients' requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and independently drive business results.
