
Senior Business Development Manager

Overview:
Maintain key relationships with top-tier clients and influence their business strategies to create new opportunities for growth.
As a strategic leader, you will leverage your expertise in domestic IT staffing to drive business development and establish MSH as the premier staffing partner for industry leaders.
- Strategic Client Engagement: Build trust with C-suite executives and senior leadership to align MSH's solutions with client goals.
- Business Growth: Develop and execute long-term strategies to expand market share and secure sustainable growth.
- Consultative Selling: Identify workforce challenges and deliver tailored solutions that drive client success while ensuring scalability and cost optimization.
- Executive Relationship Management: Foster high-level relationships with senior executives, particularly within Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
- Domestic IT Staffing Expertise: Drive business development specifically within the domestic IT staffing sector, leveraging networks and market knowledge.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Leverage industry insights and analytics to anticipate market shifts, influence strategy, and uncover new revenue streams.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless integration of diverse service offerings.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain discipline in pipeline management, client documentation, invoicing, and compliance to ensure transparency and scalability.
- Performance Accountability: Consistently achieve business growth targets and contribute directly to the overall revenue strategy of MSH.
Requirements:
- 10–20 years' experience in business development, client relations, or staffing/consulting, with a proven track record in domestic IT staffing business development.
- Demonstrated expertise in the GCC market with deep networks and relationships across technology-driven enterprises.
- Proven success in building executive-level partnerships, managing complex accounts, and driving multi-million-dollar growth portfolios.
- A consultative, solution-oriented approach with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
