Job Title: Senior Disposal Sales Executive

At Flexzo HR Services Pvt Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Disposal Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling sales of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth
  • Handle sales of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including negotiation and closing of deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service to clients
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and networking events
  • Analyze sales data and activity to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously

Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the ferrous and non-ferrous metals industry
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi, Tamil, and English
  • Relevant qualifications and experience
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Social media, email, and internet proficiency
