At HappyFox, we're seeking a skilled Technical Sales Professional to drive business growth and development. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you'll be responsible for identifying and nurturing strategic relationships with stakeholders and clients to achieve company-wide goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our software and its applications to effectively communicate its value to customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and apply product knowledge to meet those needs, treating potential customers as long-term prospects.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations to prospective customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our software.
  • Manage all technical and functional aspects of RFP/RFI responses, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Provide market feedback to the product team, helping to inform product development and competitive strategy.
  • In consultation with the departmental head, set and achieve monthly and annual quota objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven work experience as a Sales Engineer.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
  • Consistent track record of sales and revenue growth.
  • High degree of proficiency and comfort with technology.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
