Lead Generation Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential customers through outbound cold calls, qualifying leads based on specific campaign or service requirements, maintaining a pipeline of leads and following up regularly, updating and managing lead data in our CRM system, collaborating with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies, meeting or exceeding daily/weekly/monthly lead targets and performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills
- Excellent research and data collection skills to identify potential prospects
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric mindset
