The role of a Business Growth Strategist involves driving lead generation and outbound sales efforts to acquire new clients.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in lead generation, cold calling, or outbound sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in reporting and data analysis.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
