Financial Operations Specialist

As a Finance professional, you will play a key role in supporting our internal function's financial planning and reporting. This involves analyzing data to inform strategic decisions, as well as maintaining accurate and efficient payroll operations.
Prioritizing Responsibilities:- Manage payroll account ledgers and prepare comprehensive reports
- Resolve discrepancies and conduct routine internal audits
- Analyze financial transactions and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare analysis and reconciliations of bills and invoices
- Develop self-awareness and personal strengths through constructive feedback and reflection
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices using various tools and techniques
- Review work for quality, accuracy, and relevance
- Effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders in a clear and structured manner
- Thorough understanding of payroll issue resolution and multi-state tax compliance
- Familiarity with daily payroll department operations and industry-leading practices
- Ability to analyze and reconcile payroll activity with precision
- Working knowledge of ADP and/or Workday systems
