Financial Operations Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Finance team as a Financial Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and be proficient in managing statutory and tax compliances, audit coordination, and monthly financial closing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Compliance & Taxation: Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all Indian statutory requirements, including TDS, GST, and ROC filings.
- Accounting & Financials: Oversee end-to-end accounting and book closure activities, assist in preparation of financial statements, and ensure proper documentation and accounting treatment.
- Reporting & MIS: Prepare and circulate monthly MIS reports, support in financial reviews and presentations, and provide accurate and timely financial data.
- Audit Management: Handle audit-related queries, maintain audit trail and documentation, and ensure timely completion of audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent; CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA / M.Com preferred.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Indian finance and accounts function.
- In-depth knowledge of TDS, GST, ROC filings, audits, and Indian accounting standards.
- Proficiency in finalization of accounts and monthly financial closure.
- Strong Excel skills and experience in accounting systems like Tally, Oracle, or similar.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
