Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the company's financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Management: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Account Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and balance sheets to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Tax Compliance: Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws, including filing of returns and documentation.
  • Invoice and Payment Management: Manage invoicing, payment schedules, and ensure timely payments to vendors, suppliers, and other business partners.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the senior management team and assist in other duties as assigned.
