Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to support our finance operations, focusing on accounting responsibilities and business analytics.

This role offers exposure to international clients, combining core accounting duties with operational and financial performance analysis.

  • Support day-to-day finance operations by allocating expenses, conducting reconciliations, and maintaining accurate records in the ERP system.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports for internal management, including incentive-related documents.
  • Perform periodic expense reconciliations and ensure timely journal posting.
  • Provide support in monthly closing activities and ad-hoc finance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting Operations:
    • Manage daily finance tasks, including expense allocation and reconciliation.
    • Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and ensure timely journal posting.
  • Business Analytics:
    • Prepare performance dashboards and financial models to analyze business efficiency.
    • Evaluate channel and process efficiency to drive improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytics. Experience in the KPO/BPO sector is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems and Power BI is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written) with ability to interact directly with international clients.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
