The Role of a Performance Enhancement Lead – MarTech is to drive data-driven marketing transformation by integrating MarTech capabilities with robust data analytics.

This role will own the end-to-end marketing technology stack, performance marketing efficiency, and data insights to accelerate growth, customer engagement, and ROI.

Job Description

We are seeking a forward-thinking Performance Enhancement Lead who will drive business outcomes through the effective integration of Marketing Technology (MarTech) and Data Analytics.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in MarTech, CRM, and Data Analytics roles, with proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, and CDP platforms.

They will possess strong hands-on knowledge of marketing automation, web analytics (GA4), Tableau, and data storytelling, as well as experience working with ML models in marketing contexts: lead scoring, segmentation, and churn prediction.

The selected individual will demonstrate the ability to partner with business and tech teams to drive measurable outcomes, leveraging their strategic and analytical thinking skills, high ownership, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

This role requires a passion for marketing innovation and data-driven growth, with a focus on delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced setup.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8–12 years of experience in MarTech, CRM, and Data Analytics roles.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, and CDP platforms.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of marketing automation, web analytics (GA4), Tableau, and data storytelling.
