We are seeking an experienced analytics leader to drive the implementation and adoption of data-driven insights across various service lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture business needs and translate them into actionable data solutions.
  • Design and optimize data structures for analytics initiatives, leveraging SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI expertise.
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery and engage stakeholders to adopt analytics solutions.
  • Champion analytics adoption by developing user-friendly tools and training programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of analytics solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging analytics technologies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, databases, and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to understand business processes and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills to engage diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, and collaboration.
