Main focus and challenge:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Insights Manager to partner with multiple business units across our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing therapy specific insights and analytics that facilitate identification of immediate and medium-term growth opportunities.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales and prescription audits, including IQVIA, SMSRC, and CMARC data, and translate this information into actionable market size and share trends at the national and regional levels.
  • Deliver relevant insights related to therapeutic areas (TAs) and synthesize data from various sources to develop comprehensive analyses on the macro environment.
  • Provide data toolkits and analytics support to facilitate business and strategic planning, as well as management discussions.
  • Organize and manage market information databases to track performance in key therapeutic areas.
  • Conduct specialized market analyses to meet business-specific needs.
  • Support business leadership with data and insights to develop commercial strategies and go-to-market models.
  • Assist with project management in key projects.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Postgraduate degree preferred.
