Technical Program Manager Role

About the Position

We are looking for strategic Technical Program Managers who can drive cross-functional initiatives, leveraging strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business objectives, initiating various programs, measuring progress, risk management and successful delivery.

  • Program Management:
  • Initiate programs, drive delivery to completion, and provide support when issues arise.
  • Manage program scope, timelines, and resources, ensuring the program stays on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Coordinate closely with Engineering and Infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployments, execution of go-to-market (GTM) plans, and successful rollout of new features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align all stakeholders to ensure that each release delivers the intended business value and measurable outcomes.
  • Facilitate collaboration and alignment between cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of communication and understanding.
  • Identify and mitigate potential technical risks that could impact the program's success.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including executive leadership, and seek their support when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2+ years of industry experience in program management.
  • Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment where communication with multiple groups is imperative.
  • Ability to ramp up quickly and learn new technologies with minimal lag time.
  • High attention to detail by prioritizing multiple programs simultaneously and delivering in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results on technical programs.
  • Technical aptitude to quickly grasp complex technical issues and communicate directly with technical teams.
