Job Description

The role of BIM Coordinator plays a pivotal link between design, documentation, and digital execution. This position requires a blend of hands-on BIM modeling and documentation with strategic oversight and team mentorship.

Responsibilities include leading and coordinating BIM efforts across architecture and interior design projects, collaborating with global BIM leaders and project teams to implement firm-wide standards and best practices, and model and managing complex Revit-based architectural projects across all design phases.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related design discipline.
  • 8–12 years of industry experience with minimum 8 years in a BIM-focused role.
  • Strong command of Revit and Autodesk tools (Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, AutoCAD).
  • Experience in complex architecture or interiors projects — preferably across healthcare, education, hospitality, or residential typologies.
