Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Design Strategist to join our team. As a key member of the Marketing & Communications team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that drive engagement and support business objectives.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced graphic designer with a passion for clean design, typography, color theory, and innovative problem-solving. They should have expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to develop cost-effective visual design concepts that meet business needs. They will also manage branding and brand standards to ensure consistency across all design work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-impact visual assets for various media channels.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to develop communications and marketing materials.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to create visual design concepts that support business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in graphic design, demonstrated expertise, and a relevant degree.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Proficient in developing industry-leading visual design concepts that meet business goals.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design work across diverse channels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to modify/iterate designs based on feedback.
  • Passion for clean design, typography, color theory, and innovative problem-solving.
