Senior Manager – Oracle ERP/EPM

As a Senior Manager in the Oracle ERP/EPM Engineering team, you will work closely with US-based managers to connect business priorities with team outcomes.

This role is responsible for leading high-performing teams, driving performance management, coaching, and talent development. You will partner with HR to manage employee engagement and retention, foster a culture of learning and collaboration, and ensure smooth communication between US leadership and India-based team members.

  • Lead high-performing teams in Hyderabad to deliver strategic business objectives.
  • Drive performance management through regular check-ins, goal setting, coaching, and annual reviews.
  • Partner with HR to develop and implement talent development programs, employee engagement initiatives, and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with US-based managers to align on guidance, strategic direction, and resource planning.
  • Support workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and skill development to drive business growth.
