Job Overview

Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and investment history is crucial.

The successful candidate will also assist in client reviews and periodic reporting on portfolio performance.

They should stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and mutual fund product developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new clients and guide them through investment processes.
  • Provide advisory support on mutual fund products based on client profiles.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication and closures.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and documentation standards.
  • Coodinate with operations team for account setup, KYC, and transaction processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and investment history.
  • Assist in client reviews and periodic reporting on portfolio performance.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and mutual fund product developments.
Skills Required
  • A deep understanding of mutual funds and their suitability for different customer needs.
  • The NISM Mutual Fund Distributors certification (Series V-B).
  • A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn and improve continuously.
  • Efficient follow-up skills, with a focus on tracking and following up with leads, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients.
  • Basic computer literacy, with proficiency in office software and CRM tools.

  • A basic knowledge of financial documents, including taxation and invoice processing.
