We are Hiring Client Relationship Manager to work for Financial & Wealth Generation Products

Company Description:

Ascending Wealth Solutions LLP is a wealth consulting and portfolio management firm based in Pune. The founders are seasoned financial experts with over 16 years of experience in finance and taxation planning, dedicated to serving clients for their diversified financial needs.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Client Relationship Manager at Ascending Wealth SolutionsLLP in Pune. The Senior Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, providing personalized financial advice, and developing tailored financial plans. They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and financial goals are met.

Qualifications required to apply for Relationship Manager:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in financial consulting, wealth management, or related fields
  • Knowledge of investment strategies and financial markets
  • Ability to analyze and understand client financial needs
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Client relationship management and customer service skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA or CFP are a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the business and customers.
  • Ensure existing customers have suitable products, scout new markets, and engage potential leads.
  • Represent the face of the company, handling various tasks from customer relations to competitive analysis.
  • Manage and nurture customer relationships while pursuing new sales avenues.

Work Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients and manage their accounts.
  • Drive business development strategies.
  • Provide timely reports to clients and management.
  • Identify new opportunities for both existing and prospective clients.
  • Uphold ethical standards in client interactions.

Desired Skill Sets:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.

Our Requirements:

We need 2 to 3 years of experience employees, those who worked in the financial industry (e.g. Mutual Fund AMC, Insurance Company, or Banking products)

CTC:

2.4 LPA to 4.8 LPA
