Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance on investment and insurance products.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a strong understanding of the financial services industry and be able to identify opportunities to grow client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and manage clients via digital and remote channels
  • Provide investment and insurance advisory in collaboration with specialists
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and deepen client relationships
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery through digital tools
  • Promote cross-sell opportunities to increase wallet share
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal policies

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in financial services or wealth management
  • Familiarity with investment and insurance products (AMFI/IRDAI certification preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with digital tools and remote engagement
  • Graduate degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline (MBA preferred)
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; regional languages a plus
