A leader is sought to spearhead programme execution and drive world-class delivery of AI and GenAI solutions. This strategic role will be pivotal in orchestrating delivery across engineering, data, and product teams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in setting delivery frameworks, driving programme governance, and leading high-impact initiatives that shape the adoption of AI globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement delivery frameworks, agile practices, and programme governance for AI and GenAI initiatives
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex AI programmes, from scoping to deployment and adoption
  • Drive alignment between engineering, data, and product teams to ensure milestones, budgets, and outcomes are met
  • Anticipate delivery risks and resolve blockers, ensuring projects scale on time and within scope
  • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure that delivery outcomes align with commercial goals and customer impact
  • Establish reporting structures, dashboards, and KPIs to track progress and communicate results to executive leadership
  • Coach and mentor cross-functional teams, embedding a culture of delivery excellence across the innovation hub

Delivering Results:

  1. Define strategies for delivering AI and GenAI solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute delivery plans
  3. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes
