Senior Infrastructure Architect

This role is pivotal to our transformation journey, shifting from traditional management toward a modern DevOps-centric delivery model.

The ideal candidate has deep technical knowledge of legacy and emerging infrastructure platforms, combined with leadership experience in managing globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor infrastructure leads, engineers, and service owners.
  • Drive alignment with global IT strategy focused on automation, scalability, and cloud native architecture.
  • Represent infrastructure delivery in global planning and governance forums.
  • Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of infrastructure platforms.
  • Own SLAs and KPIs regarding design, deployment, transition, incident response, problem management, and change control processes.
  • Champion operational enablement, compliance, and security best practices.
  • Lead the transformation from legacy systems to modern infrastructure.
  • Support DevOps toolchain integration and Infrastructure as Code adoption.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture by guiding skill development and succession planning.
  • Manage workload balancing, shift planning, and collaboration across geographies.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • 5+ year experience working within a public cloud environment.
  • Experience with traditional data center infrastructure and container strategies.
  • Hands-on familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
  • Proven track record of leading modernization initiatives and managing compliance frameworks.
  • Agile Development Practices experience and strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
