About the Role

The primary goal of this position is to optimize revenue generation across all business segments. This involves maintaining Revenue Management standards, evaluating and measuring business performance against set objectives, and monitoring thresholds within a 2-3 year forecast to ensure noticeable improvements in demand and availability.

Responsibilities also include collaborating with regional teams to develop tailored strategies for growth, conducting analysis of citywide and special events, implementing Revenue Management strategies to maximize demand generators, and closely monitoring competitors for shifts in demand, rates, and strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze short- and long-term forecasting to identify trends in group inventories and rates.
  • Monitor marketing channels, key accounts, and other production to ensure effective support of the product and maintain rate parity.
  • Review future bookings and evaluate trends to inform pricing and inventory decisions.
  • Update distribution channels as needed with rate or inventory restrictions.
  • Develop region-specific strategies to drive growth and establish benchmarks to measure performance.
  • Monitor the competition weekly through various channels to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Explore and implement market mix variations to stimulate additional revenue without increasing costs.
