
Hotel Revenue Growth Specialist

As a Senior Revenue Manager at a leading hospitality firm, you will play a pivotal role in shaping revenue strategies for upscale hotels across India.
Driving revenue growth in a fast-paced hotel environment requires strategic thinking and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Lead multi-property revenue management, analyzing market trends and competitor performance to design dynamic pricing strategies.
- Analyze data from various sources, including OTAs, CRS, GDS, and brand.com, to drive channel optimization and achieve the optimal business mix.
- Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards for owners and leadership, ensuring transparency throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with General Managers, operations, and marketing teams to align revenue and commercial strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure.
- Deep knowledge of digital revenue tools, OTAs, distribution, RMS, PMS, and other relevant technologies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
