
Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Demand Generation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our go-to-market engine, you will be responsible for developing campaign plans that drive business growth and optimize revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience insights
- Launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to achieve maximum ROI
- Design and execute A/B tests for messaging, targeting, and cadence to refine campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to gather inputs and feedback on campaign performance
- Analyze performance metrics and scale successful tactics through data-driven decision making
- Cultivate best practices in outbound sales and share knowledge with team members
Requirements:
- A strong analytical mindset with 1–3 years of experience in campaign management or demand generation
- Proficiency in CRM and automation tools to streamline campaign execution
- Solid understanding of sales funnel metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
