Our organization is seeking a seasoned Financial Services Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional financial results. This role requires 6-8 years of experience in finance or accounting and reporting, with a strong background in service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Financial Services Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day finance activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end closure, reconciliation, and analysis. You will also provide support in annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Manage financial data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
  • Analyze financial trends and develop strategies to improve financial performance.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality of company information. Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint is required to work with complex data.
