Job Description

We are seeking a versatile professional to champion our offerings and nurture relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead outbound business development and consultative sales to high net worth investors and family offices.
  • Own the end-to-end client journey: sale, onboarding, portfolio discussions, and relationship building.
  • Communicate investment strategies clearly, especially our hyper-personalization, goal-focused, and quant-driven approach.
  • Gather structured client feedback and work cross-functionally with product and quant teams to influence product direction.
  • Leverage modern tools, such as AI agents and CRM software.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience: 5+ years in wealth management, PMS/AIF advisory, or private banking.
  • Education: Strong academic background from premier institutions and willingness to obtain the NISM Series XXI-B (Portfolio Managers) certification.
  • Strong Network: Demonstrated success managing high net worth relationships, especially younger or tech-savvy clients.
  • Mindset: AI-native productivity, end-to-end ownership, and bias toward action.
