Job Title: Director of Strategic Alliances

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to spearhead our partner ecosystem development in the Indian Education sector, with a strong focus on the K-12 segment.

This role requires building, onboarding, and managing strategic partnerships across various stakeholders including Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), publishers, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) providers, Alternative Provision School (APS) chains, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), education labs, and hardware suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop & implement a comprehensive partnership strategy for the Indian education market.
  • Identify, engage, and onboard key partners aligned with business objectives.
  • Negotiate and finalize impactful partnership agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) for partner success.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives and partner enablement.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and partner forums.
  • Track, monitor, and report on partner performance and market insights.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10–12 years' experience in partnerships/business development/channel management (8–10 yrs relevant in education/tech).
  • Strong understanding of the Indian K-12 education ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to build and manage successful partner networks.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
