
Digital Marketing Lead

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Lead to oversee and execute our digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and analyze the performance of all e-commerce channels, including website, mobile site, app, and WhatsApp.
- Track daily traffic and conversions across all channels and provide regular reports.
- Analyze user acquisition, profile, sources of acquisition, and conversion metrics on a bi-monthly or monthly basis.
- Optimize user funnels and conversion points to improve overall performance.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including search, remarketing, Facebook CPC, promoted posts, Google click-to-call, app install, GDN, affiliate network marketing, lookalike, and GMB marketing.
- Execute in-house campaigns, including WhatsApp broadcast, SMS, and email marketing.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on those insights.
- BraInstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Analyze CRM/loyalty analytics to identify trends in major customer cohorts, niches, and untapped segments of customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to take key strategic decisions for digital marketing and content development.
- Ability to analyze and develop campaign strategies to increase customer base and footfall based on key data.
- Understanding of market and consumer insights and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel for data analysis and interpretation.
Technical Competencies:
- Certified Google Adwords Professional.
- Certified Google Analytics Training.
- Experience in using dashboards such as Moengage, Firebase, and Appsflyer.
- Experience in CRM/analytics software such as Salesforce, Tableau, and SAP.
- Campaign management experience in Facebook and Google Search.
