Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing professional to lead our digital strategy and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns that deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing 360° digital marketing strategies across channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Content, Paid Ads)
  • Planning and executing performance marketing campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and brand visibility
  • Leading SEO/SEM strategies for organic growth and paid advertising
  • Managing social media presence across platforms
  • Overseeing content strategy – blogs, creatives, website copy, and ad creatives
  • Optimizing marketing funnels using analytics, A/B testing, and conversion tracking
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Staying updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years proven experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Hands-on expertise with social media management tools, CRM, and email marketing platforms
  • Experience in content marketing, influencer marketing, and brand campaigns
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
