Digital Marketing Lead Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Lead is a key position responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and establish the digital brand.
Key Responsibilities include managing internal teams, overseeing digital marketing channels, and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Work closely with leaders in Sales, Growth, and Product/Engineering to ensure our marketing strategy supports and accelerates elevator sales / online growth.
- Manage internal teams including product marketing, content, PR, media solutions as well as external agencies.
- Ensure consistency of Brand Message across all channels and marketing efforts.
- Drive sales through deep understanding of consumer behaviour, insights, and responsibilities.
Additional Responsibilities include preparing monthly calendar plans for digital content, implementing overall digital marketing strategy & budget, managing team members, and appraising their performance based on ROI and KPIs.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. They will be passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
