Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

This is a highly rewarding opportunity to lead client relationships, drive digital marketing initiatives and be the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of integrated digital marketing including performance marketing, brand campaigns, social media, SEO, and website UX.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with client goals.
  • Lead regular business reviews and strategic discussions with clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver integrated digital marketing strategies.
  • Oversee brand awareness and performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Guide social media content and community management strategies in alignment with client goals.
  • Coordinate with SEO teams to ensure alignment on content strategy, on-page and offpage SEO, and technical optimization.
  • Work with UI/UX and tech teams on landing page or website audits, enhancements, and performance improvements.
  • Manage creative assets for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand tone, performance requirements, and digital best practices.
  • Create and manage detailed project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure quality output through daily coordination with internal teams.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing account management or client servicing roles in an agency or consultancy environment.
  • Strong understanding of integrated digital marketing including performance marketing, brand campaigns, social media, SEO, and website UX.
  • Proven ability to translate business goals into marketing strategies and action plans.
  • Confident in presenting to senior stakeholders with data-backed insights.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with media, SEO, creative, and tech leads.
