Job Title: Operations Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Sales Manager to join our team at Snaphunt. As an Operations Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the space and collaborating with clients, responsible for the operational activities. You will track daily activities of the center and entertain visiting clients, trying to convert them. You will also boost the networking in the local market.

Responsibilities:

  • Space Management, Customer Relationship Management, Operations Management, Events and others.
  • Foster a collaborative workspace for coworking members and new/prospective clients.
  • Onboard new coworking members and introduce them to the community.
  • Customer service issues related to the center, client, vendor, and staff.
  • Create a great experience for customers in the coworking space.
  • Communications to coworking members and overseeing bi-monthly get-togethers.
  • Plan birthdays, festivals, and other celebrations in the office.
  • Oversee the lobby/reception area to ensure all visitors and first-time guests enjoy a positive first impression.
  • Oversee the event space usage, both for internal purposes and Partner/Sponsor purposes, including setup Logistics, billing, etc.
  • Track and record daily traffic into the coworking space and maintain a log.
  • Assist with local area marketing and networking both online and in-person to drive leads.
  • Assist with leasing new office spaces and collect rent.
  • Maintain attendance.
  • Track usage and maintain bookings of meeting/conference rooms.
  • Collect monthly feedback from customers.
  • Create ways to generate new leads and onboard new clients.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Any graduation specialization.
  • Good knowledge and practice of MS Excel, Word, etc.
  • Customer Relationship & Sales Experience.
  • Vendor Management.
  • At least 1 year of experience ideally in Community Manager or Operations Management within the Real Estate industry.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Experience within would be a strong advantage.
  • Strong networker & relationship builder.
  • Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
