The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales process, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales pipeline, track sales activities, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools to track sales performance.
  • Provide sales training and coaching to the sales team to improve sales skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in sales software, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
