We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Sales Representative to join our team at Amaryllis Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. as a Sales Executive.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with us and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality medical devices and services to hospitals and healthcare facilities.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a sales professional who can effectively promote our products and build relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the medical device industry, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

About the Role:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hospitals and healthcare facilities
  • Bid on tenders and proposals to secure new contracts
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including surgeons, OT staff, and purchase managers
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers about our offerings
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, as set by the company

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  2. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, including regular check-ins and product updates
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including responding to RFPs and tenders
  4. Collaborate with internal departments to drive sales growth and resolve customer issues
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical device industry
  • Strong understanding of the medical device industry and its regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
