
Business Development Manager

Key responsibilities include:
- Drive business growth for digital power solutions
- Develop and execute strategies to expand customer base
- Convert opportunities into sales through effective communication and relationship-building
Organize events, seminars, webinars, and trainings to increase awareness of our offers.
- Ensure quality of offer submissions by studying bid documents and RFQs
- Analyze won/lost sales to identify areas for improvement
- Provide feedback to marketing teams on developing new features and processes
- Track pipeline of opportunities for protection relays and FRTU
- Support organization in achieving sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing teams to achieve sales and margin goals
- Organize trainings for national sales, tech marketing, distributors, and CCP teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics engineering
- 2-3 years of experience in business development or product marketing
- Knowledge of LV, MV electrical distribution systems
- Understanding of communication protocols in electrical systems is an added advantage
- Knowledge of GTM, segment/end users for protection relays & FRTU
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent listening and communication skills with ability to influence others
- Good judgement and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and open-minded personality with passion to work with local teams
- Experience of sales management tools and processes are an asset
Preferred location: Delhi/NCR. This role may require 60-70% travel within the Northern Region in India.
