About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Service Leader to spearhead our mobile robotics service and maintenance strategies. This role requires expertise in strategic operations, technical knowledge of complex mobile robotics systems, and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive service and maintenance strategies for our mobile robotics, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Oversight of all aspects of MR operations, including SOPs development for onboarding and field operations, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Technical guidance and leadership in complex mobile robotics systems, sensors, actuators, and associated field instrumentation.
  • Establish strong, long-term relationships with high-value MR clients as their primary point of contact post-deployment.
  • Data-driven leadership to identify inefficiencies and continuously improve processes across delivery, support, and customer engagement.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field is required, with an MBA being desirable. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in operations management, industrial maintenance, field service, or a related field, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in automotive tech, telematics, or aftermarket MR services.

  • In-depth knowledge of various technologies relevant to robotics, such as sensors, actuators, and control systems.
