Senior Brand Strategist Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Strategist to drive brand growth and engagement. This role involves direct interaction with clients, associates, and the industry to build brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales through in-depth knowledge of brand heritage and products.
  • Handle client feedback professionally and drive solutions.
  • Proactive sales, cross-selling & servicing through various channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and contribute to overall growth.
  • Prepare presentations & keep database updates all the time.
  • Identify opportunities to add value to client relationships.

This is a dynamic role requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills, good personality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Required Education: Graduate/ Postgraduate in Luxury Management/Marketing or MBA in marketing or communications from a reputable institution.

Experience: 7+ years (preferably in Retail Luxury/Hospitality/ Interior Industry).

Requirements:
  • Good understanding of Luxury, Design, Art & Craft.
  • Excellent storytelling skills.
  • Understanding of Brand principles and ethos.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software.
