Salary: ₹2500000 - ₹3500000 per annumJob Description

We are looking for a strategic leader who will drive key initiatives and leverage technology to enhance operational performance and efficiency. As the main point of contact with Amazon, you will ensure strategic objectives are met and operational excellence is achieved.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth of the omni-channel business, including scaling dark stores and hybrid models.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Tech & Finance teams to ensure scalable and sustainable solutions and execution of business goals that enhance profitability.
  • Serve as the main point of contact with Amazon, driving operational excellence in alignment with business requirements.
  • Lead critical strategic initiatives by effectively communicating with stakeholders, providing data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
  • Leverage technology and data to drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Engineer/MBA preferred with 5-6 years of experience in Retail/Ecom/QuickCommerce.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis techniques and P&L analysis.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Expertise in SQL is a must, and data analysis techniques would be an added advantage.
