Job Title: Lead Retail Omni Channel Business Expansion

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead the growth and expansion of our omni-channel operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and leveraging technology to enhance operational performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth of our omni-channel business, including scaling dark stores and hybrid models.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Tech & Finance teams to ensure scalable and sustainable solutions and execution of business goals that enhance profitability.
  • Serve as the main point of contact with Amazon (key stakeholder), driving operational excellence in alignment with business requirements.
  • Lead critical strategic initiatives by effectively communicating with stakeholders, providing data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
  • Leverage technology and data to drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiencies.
Requirements:
  • Engineer/MBA preferred with 5-6 years of experience in Retail/Ecom/QuickCommerce.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis techniques and P&L analysis.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Expertise in SQL is a must, and data analysis techniques would be an added advantage.
Estimated Salary: ₹35,00,000 - ₹45,00,000 per annumBenefits:
