Pacific Operations Partnership Manager

About the Role:

This position focuses on supporting and driving operational efficiency across our global team. It entails a wide range of responsibilities including talent development, effective communication, risk management, special projects, and more.

  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone to work independently with minimal supervision, possessing the skills to handle tasks that require a high level of attention to detail and emotional intelligence.
  • The successful candidate will have 8+ years of relevant experience in People Operations or a related field, along with a degree in Human Resources or a similar field.
  • A strong proficiency in MS Office and other tools such as Fresh team, Zoho, Deel, and Just Works is also essential.
Main Responsibilities:Talent Development:

We are looking for an individual who can successfully onboard new hires, monitor employee happiness and productivity levels, and develop tailored strategies for growth and improvement.

  1. Develop comprehensive orientation programs that highlight company culture and policies.
  2. Collaborate with leaders to ensure seamless integration of new employees into existing teams.
Effective Communication and Policy Management:

The ideal candidate should be skilled at crafting engaging communication strategies, managing policy updates, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  1. Create and maintain clear guidelines for employee engagement and performance management.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve people-related conflicts or concerns.
Risk Management and Compliance:

This role requires someone who is well-versed in background verification processes, vendor partnerships, and labor law compliance.

  1. Oversee background checks and other necessary processes to ensure employee safety and data protection.
  2. Develop strategic partnerships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Special Projects and Support:

As part of this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through various initiatives and projects.

  1. Develop and execute events like team offsites and workations to foster collaboration and teamwork.
  2. Collaborate with finance teams to manage salary changes and payroll processing.
