Key Responsibilities:- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance appraisal processes that align with organizational goals, including annual goal setting, periodic performance assessments, and annual performance calibration with senior leadership.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance issues and development plans.
- Design and implement employee recognition programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Compensation and Benefits Management:
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor laws.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement salary revisions, bonus pay-outs, and other benefits initiatives.
- Address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Learning and Development:
- Identify gaps in technical competencies and soft skills across different job roles within the organization, working closely with stakeholders to develop targeted training solutions.
- Design and deliver various training methods, including workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training, to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts and external trainers to ensure high-quality delivery of technical and soft skills training sessions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback from participants to continuously improve training initiatives.
- Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement:
- Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes engagement, inclusivity, and productivity, aligned with the organization's overall strategy.
- Develop and implement strategies to measure and improve employee engagement and satisfaction, ensuring regular communication channels are open.
- Facilitate team-building activities to improve collaboration and performance, driving business results.
- Organizational Design and Structure:
- Assess and design organizational structures that support business goals and improve efficiency, taking into account changing business needs.
- Clearly define roles and responsibilities to ensure clarity and accountability within the organization.
- Employee Relations:
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that support organizational development goals, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure effective communication channels are maintained between employees and management, addressing any employee concerns or issues promptly.
