We are seeking an HR professional to lead our organizational development, structure, and scaling initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including campus drives and senior hires
  • Develop and implement performance management systems, KRA frameworks, and incentive structures
  • Manage payroll administration, leave policies, onboarding procedures, and grievance redressal mechanisms
  • Design training programs, shape company culture, and support event planning activities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for people-related matters and process improvements
  • Collaborate closely with leadership on strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and growth initiatives

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years leading an HR Department
  • Proven track record working with HR Management Systems (HRMS) such as Keka or similar platforms
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, both written and spoken
  • Strong belief in the importance of integrated systems and people-driven approaches
